Client is a leading consulting firm and provides advisory services. The client has a Delivery Center in India and its on a major expansion mode

Our Role

Gudah was amongst few consultants who were engaged by Client.

Gudah mobilized a team of 4 recruiters which worked with Client’s internal HR Team over a period of 3 months exclusively.

Outcome

Gudah assisted the Client in sourcing more than 200 profiles across the defined roles from Associate till Director level.

The role required technical screening and Client was successful in accomplishing and a team of 50 member was formulated in a span of 4 months.
