Our Role

Gudah was amongst few consultants who were engaged by Client.

Gudah mobilized a team of 8 recruiters which worked with Client’s internal HR Team and external consultants to indentify the right set of people across various catgeories .

Outcome

Gudah assisted the Client in sourcing more than 300 profiles across the defined categories within the building material industry .

The role required technical screening, coordinating with Client’s strategy consultants to streamline the recruitment process.

Client was successful in accomplishing and a team of 80 member was formulated in a span of 6 months.
